Expanding Jobs for Middle-Aged and Older Adults and Training Logistics Specialists
Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement with the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation.

The signing ceremony took place at the Seoul 50 Plus Western Campus, attended by Park Ik-hyung, Executive Director of HR at CFS, and Lee Sung-soo, Head of Business Operations at the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation. The two organizations agreed to mutually cooperate to expand job participation opportunities for middle-aged and older adults and to cultivate specialized personnel in the logistics sector.
On the 31st, the two organizations will hold a recruitment briefing session at the Seoul 50 Plus Western Campus targeting residents aged 40 to 59 in the metropolitan area. The briefing will provide information on job roles and conditions not only for on-site team captains managing logistics operations but also for specialized positions such as automated equipment maintenance, safety managers, health managers, logistics general managers, and interpreters.
