Busan Gijang-gun Jeonggwan-eup, Promotion of Youth Learning Platform Support Project
The Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center in Gijang-gun, Busan, is conducting the ‘Jeonggwan Smart Learning’ project to support an online learning platform for elementary and middle school students in the area.
This project, aimed at eliminating educational inequality and promoting the growth and development of children and adolescents, is being carried out by the Jeonggwan-eup Community Security Council with partial sponsorship from the ‘Gijang Happiness Embracing Hope Lighthouse Sharing Project Fund’ and the education company Megastudy Education.

The beneficiaries are vulnerable students residing in Jeonggwan-eup, selected based on recommendations from local educational welfare officers. These students will receive dedicated learning devices and access to all subject courses for one year, from this month until April next year.
Choi Jin-ho, chairman of the Jeonggwan-eup Community Security Council, said, “I am pleased to be able to support learning for children and adolescents in the area again this year, following last year,” and added, “Through this educational support project, I hope our students grow into capable talents for the future.”
