Dong-A University and T'way Air Sign Industry-Academic Cooperation Agreement for 'Aviation Professional Workforce Development'
Dong-A University has signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with T'way Air to foster aviation professionals.
This agreement aims to efficiently operate an industry-academic cooperation system for training aviation specialists between the two institutions.
Through this agreement, the two institutions will jointly work on ▲providing education and training opportunities and internships for human resources ▲establishing internship programs linked to academic credits ▲holding briefings and seminars for the development of the aviation industry.
In particular, T'way Air plans to actively cooperate in hiring outstanding students trained through Dong-A University students' site visits and education.

Song Myung-geun, head of the Department of Tourism Management at Dong-A University, said, "If the two institutions actively engage in workforce training and recruitment cooperation through this agreement, it will have a great effect," adding, "We will strive harder to produce excellent talent."
