Jeju Shilla Hotel announced on the 18th that it will introduce summer activity programs in response to the early heat. The programs include 'Summer Live Music,' 'Whiskey Time on the Rooftop,' 'Relaxing Floating Yoga,' and 'Natural Trekking.'
At the poolside stage of the outdoor family pool, a five-member band performs live in the 'Summer Live Music' program. The performance runs for about two hours from 7:30 PM (except Tuesdays) and is open to all hotel guests.
On Tuesdays, when there is no outdoor live performance, guests can enjoy a variety of whiskeys at the outdoor poolside bar rooftop. The newly introduced 'Whiskey Time on the Rooftop' program allows guests to enjoy exotic night views from the rooftop while tasting representative whiskeys from different countries. The program includes a photo time while drinking a welcome highball, a tasting time with explanations about the history and characteristics of the world's three major whiskey-producing countries, and a cocktail time where guests learn whiskey cocktail recipes and enjoy performances. The program operates exclusively on Tuesdays from June 6 to July 18 and August 22 to 29.
Floating yoga is also upgraded with an added sunbed tea time. Relaxing Floating Yoga, held at the adult pool overlooking the Jeju sea, burns three times more calories than regular yoga. Guests can leisurely enjoy the adult pool before and after yoga during the sunbed tea time. Relaxing Floating Yoga takes place from 8 AM to 10 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The Natural Trekking program is also offered. This program, held from 9:30 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, allows participants to explore Jeju’s cool summer recreational forests and forest trails while listening to explanations from the hotel’s leisure experts. A pick-up and sending service to the trekking course is provided, so there is no need to rent a separate car.
