A Kids Theme Park 'Naughty World' to Open in Forena Jeonju Eco City
Hanwha Corporation's Construction Division announced on the 17th that it will introduce the kids' theme park 'Nutty World' for the first time in the commercial facilities of Forena Jeonju Eco City, which recently began occupancy.
Forena Jeonju Eco City is a residential-commercial complex that started occupancy earlier this month. With its symbolic 45-story height, the tallest in Jeonju, and its distinctive exterior design, it is establishing itself as a regional landmark.
Hanwha Corporation's Construction Division signed a business agreement with D&G Company Bon to attract key tenants for commercial spaces and strengthen its capabilities in complex development projects. As their first collaborative project, they confirmed the opening of 'Nutty World' in Forena Jeonju Eco City. Nutty World is a concept that builds upon D&G Company Bon's famous kids' theme park brand 'Nutty Child' and includes even higher-level content. It aims to break away from the stereotype of kids' cafes being exclusive to children and will be developed as a complex cultural space that the whole family can enjoy, with its first application at Forena Jeonju Eco City.
Nutty Child is characterized by various attractions and high-quality materials that differentiate it from existing kids' cafes. It is a brand evolving into a premium kids' theme park through thorough hygiene management. It is successfully operated at seven locations nationwide, including Yongin, Cheonan, Daejeon, and Siheung. Nutty World, which will be established in Forena Jeonju Eco City, will also reflect Nutty Child's competitiveness based on spacious stores and advanced spatial design.
Large kids' theme parks are among the most notable key tenants, attracting many family visitors with children and encouraging longer stays, which greatly helps revitalize commercial districts. In particular, well-known brand kids' theme parks can absorb demand from nearby areas, and it is expected that Forena's commercial facilities will play a significant role in developing into a hot place within the region.
D&G Company Bon, which signed the business agreement with Hanwha Corporation's Construction Division, is a comprehensive theme park company specializing in the development and operation of theme parks and dining facilities. It operates the famous tourist destination Wolmi Theme Park and owns various F&B (food and beverage) brands such as Nutty Child Kids Theme Park, Trias Family Restaurant, C27, Donut Killer, and Burnt Coffee.
Hanwha Corporation's Construction Division plans to pursue various collaborations with D&G Company Bon, including content development and joint marketing, to revitalize commercial facilities in future complex development projects.
