Police Request Arrest Warrants for Nam Taehyun and Seo Minjae on Methamphetamine Use Charges
The police have requested arrest warrants for singer Nam Taehyun (29) and broadcaster Seo Minjae (30), who are suspected of using methamphetamine.
On the 17th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul announced that they had applied for arrest warrants for Nam and Seo on the 15th on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
They are suspected of using methamphetamine together since August of last year. Seo posted on her social media (SNS) last year, stating "Nam used methamphetamine" and "There is a syringe in the cabinet of the room or company." Although the posts were quickly deleted, netizens reported them to the Gangnam Police Station and Yongsan Police Station in Seoul. In September of last year, the police collected hair samples from the two and requested analysis from the National Forensic Service (NFS).
