Ulsan City will hold this year’s Taehwagang National Garden Spring Flower Festival under the theme “Garden of Spring, Dyed with Fragrance” for three days from the 19th to the 21st, starting with a spring flower parade.
Over 60 million spring flowers, including poppies, peonies, cornflowers, baby’s breath, and evening primroses, embroidered along the streams, will welcome visitors.
At the Meeting Plaza within Taehwagang National Garden, a special performance by 54 members of the Marine Corps Headquarters Military Band and Honor Guard awaits. Visitors will also have the unique experience of marching alongside the honor guard to the military band’s music.
At the special stage in Wangbeodeul Square, the spring flower drone show and opening celebration will feature Jeong Dong-ha performing hit songs themed around spring flowers.
Two eco-friendly, barrier-free electric observation wheels decorated with spring flowers will operate for a fee for visitors to the National Garden. The route covers 2.3 km, including the National Garden Information Center, Flower Garden, Meeting Plaza, Peony Garden, and Naturalism Garden.
Around the Bamboo Ecological Garden, the “Little Bubble Train,” adorned with flowers and blowing soap bubbles, will be in operation.
Various garden experience opportunities with citizens will also be provided, including flower tea making and free tasting, and moss frame making. Various photo zones featuring colorful large chairs, perfume bottles, and frames will be operated.
