Daesang Cheongjeongwon Brand 'Ofood' Launches Gnocchi Tteokbokki

Daesang Cheongjeongwon's global brand 'O'Food' announced on the 17th that it has recently launched two types of 'Gnocchi Tteokbokki,' a reinterpretation of the popular Korean spicy rice cake dish tteokbokki as gnocchi, which is capturing the taste buds of people worldwide.
The new products were developed targeting the Americas, including the United States and Canada, as well as Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand. Gnocchi Tteokbokki is inspired by Italian-style handmade gnocchi, small dumplings made by mixing egg, potato, and cheese, and has been reinvented as a Korean dish. It comes in two varieties: the spicy 'Sweet & Spicy' and the creamy and rich 'Creamy & Spicy' with added cheese flavor.
The gnocchi rice cakes, made by blending rice cakes and boiled potatoes, provide a soft texture, which is preserved through a rapid freeze-drying process. Additionally, ingredients such as broccoli and onion add a chewy texture.
