The police have announced road control measures in relation to a large-scale rally attended by tens of thousands organized by labor groups including the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (Minjunochong) across Seoul.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 15th that a large-scale rally organized by labor groups will take place around Sejong-daero on the 16th and 17th, and traffic congestion is expected. The police stated that these groups will hold preliminary rallies at various locations in the city, including Seodaemun Station and Seoul National University Hospital on the 16th, and then hold the main rally from 1:30 PM in the section between Sungnyemun Intersection and Sejong-daero Intersection on Sejong-daero.

A police official said, "Severe traffic congestion is expected around Sejong-daero, Jongno, Euljiro, and Hangang-daero," urging the public to use public transportation such as the subway.
