Namgung Hyun, Executive Director of HL Mando, received the Presidential Citation at the '58th Inventors' Day' ceremony held on the 12th. Leveraging his experience as a patent negotiation expert, he advanced the company's internal patent system. According to the company, he contributed to approximately 3,000 domestic and international patent applications over the past five years. During the same period, the total number of patent applications by the company was about 1,200 domestically and 1,800 internationally.
Executive Director Namgung also systematized the patent management system through protecting patent ideas, improving the patent management system, introducing the employee invention compensation system, operating the patent evaluation committee, and consulting with external experts such as patent attorneys. Since 2016, he has led numerous overseas patent litigation negotiations, mitigating risks.
