National Apartment Association Gwangju Chapter Holds Workshop in Sunchang

The Gwangju Metropolitan City Chapter of the National Apartment Association, which signed the Nongchon Sarang Donghaeng Sunchang agreement with Sunchang County, Jeonbuk Province, visited Sunchang County again to expand exchanges between the two organizations.

According to the county on the 12th, the Gwangju Metropolitan City Chapter held a workshop for apartment autonomous association presidents in Gwangju at the Slow Community Zone in Jeokseong-myeon, Sunchang County.

About 50 executives of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Chapter of the National Apartment Association and apartment autonomous association presidents from the Gwangju area attended the workshop, and a fam tour was also conducted at Gangcheonsan, Gangcheon Healing Spa, Slow Life Center, and Sunchang Local Food area.

The county held a briefing session on the 'Nongchon Sarang Donghaeng Sunchang' project and signed additional agreements with 29 new apartment autonomous associations, and plans to hold briefing sessions for the Seoul Jungnang-gu Chapter and Daegu Metropolitan City Chapter of the National Apartment Association.

Furthermore, the county plans to continuously encourage visits to Sunchang by affiliated organizations to revitalize the local economy through rural tourism and urban-rural exchanges, as well as to increase the resident population.

Han Jaeyong, president of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Chapter of the National Apartment Association, said, "I am truly glad to meet again after the previous agreement signing," adding, "We will continue to create such meetings frequently and strive for mutual joint development and friendship promotion through continuous exchanges with Sunchang, which is adjacent to Gwangju."
