The training was conducted according to the public officials' civil complaint response manual by organizing an emergency response team and having each team member familiarize themselves with their duties in advance. The process included the occurrence of verbal abuse and assault by complainants, mediation by superiors, recording after prior notice, emergency bell activation, evacuation of the affected civil servants and visiting complainants, subduing the offending complainant, and handing them over to the police.
In addition, assuming situations that could actually occur, the emergency bell was pressed to report to the 112 situation room, and the responsible civil servant directly wore a wearable camera (portable protective equipment) to enable practical response.
