Active Support for Overseas Business Expansion
Development of Simulator App and Screen Golf Store Management Tool
Golfzon has established a global research and development base in Vietnam.
On the 11th, Golfzon announced, "We have established the Vietnam R&D Center in Hanoi, Vietnam, to support full-scale overseas business expansion and glocalization strategies." Golfzon plans to secure a leading position in the overseas golf simulator market and complete preparations for new business projects centered on web and mobile platforms and stabilization of overseas market entry by the first half of this year.
At the Vietnam R&D Center, they develop the overseas golf simulator application (Golfzon App), the social application (Social App) for the sports pub concept store business model in the U.S. market, and the web service for the portable golf shot monitor product WAVE. They are also promoting the operation and reservation systems of global screen golf stores and Golfzon Social stores that utilize golf simulators, as well as the league management system, a global tournament customized content. Based on the know-how of having 4.5 million members domestically, they also provide customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Hong Changjin, head of the Vietnam R&D Center, said, "We plan to do our best in research and development to present products and services optimized for overseas markets through active localization of content." Golfzon currently operates in 64 countries worldwide. They run about 900 global stores in over 80 countries including Japan, China, the United States, and Vietnam.
