Support for Pet Insurance for Stray Animals... DB Insurance Selected for Busan City Project
One Year Insurance Premium Support... Coverage for Stray Dog Medical Expenses and Third-Party Liability
DB Insurance will support pet insurance for citizens adopting abandoned animals in Busan.
DB Insurance announced on the 9th that it has been selected as the final operator of the abandoned animal pet insurance support project, which Busan City is implementing for the first time this year.
Accordingly, pet insurance will be provided to citizens who have adopted abandoned dogs from Busan City. The target product is the 'Promi Pet Insurance.' This product covers treatment and surgery costs due to illness or injury of the abandoned dog. It also covers liability for damages if the adopted abandoned dog causes harm to another person's body or damages another person's pet.
The insurance period is one year from the date of application. Busan City will support the one-year insurance premium for 'Promi Pet Insurance' to adoptive families who apply for insurance while adopting abandoned dogs at local animal protection and adoption centers. Insurance applications are accepted until December 31 of this year, but the program may close early if the budget is exhausted.
