"Striving to Strengthen the ROK-US Alliance"
Park Min-sik, Commissioner of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, visited Princeton University in the United States to hold a meeting with Korean expatriates and international students, repeatedly emphasizing the importance of the Korea-US alliance and 'patriotic affairs.'
On the 1st (local time), Commissioner Park held a meeting at Princeton University's Syngman Rhee Hall on the theme of "The Present and Future of 70 Years of the Korea-US Alliance," stating, "As the foundation that led the Republic of Korea to freedom and prosperity is the 70-year history of the Korea-US alliance, it is necessary for the achievements of independence activists such as President Syngman Rhee and Dr. Seo Jae-pil, who played a connecting role in the Korea-US alliance, to be properly recognized and commemorated within the Korean American community."
