Gwangju Dong-gu 'Asia Cuisine Class' Opens
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, announced on the 2nd that the 'Asia Cuisine Class' will start on the 3rd.
The class will be held in a food workshop equipped with a shared kitchen within the Asian Food Culture District, where participants can learn unique Asian dishes with professional instructors.
The program schedule includes ▲ Asian food (Vietnamese spring rolls, Chinese boiled dumplings, etc.) ▲ Baking (Taiwanese castella, Banh Mi baguette, etc.) ▲ Desserts (fruit mochi, pastries, etc.) operated by category.
The classes will be held free of charge every Wednesday through Sunday from this month until November, and the participation fee is replaced by posting a review on the participant's personal SNS account.
