Borabit, First in Virtual Asset Industry to Obtain International Risk Management Certification
BoraBit, a virtual asset exchange currently operated by Banko, announced on the 2nd that it has obtained certification for the international risk management standard (ISO31000) from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), becoming the first in the domestic virtual asset industry to do so.
ISO 31000 is an international standard for effectively managing risks within companies or organizations. It defines the processes and principles of risk management, aiming to help organizations identify and analyze risks, then establish and implement goals and strategies.
BoraBit underwent verification of its risk response strategies, risk management, and performance, including processes for assessing and analyzing risks specific to each organization.
A company representative stated, "Through consistent risk management, we will operate an exchange where customers can hold virtual assets transparently and safely."
