KCTA Announces Recruitment for 1st Class of 'LG HelloVision DX Data School' Trainees
The Korea Cable TV Broadcasting Association (KCTA) announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting the first batch of trainees for the ‘LG HelloVision DX Data School,’ a program for cultivating DX data specialists, in collaboration with LG HelloVision and the Radio Promotion Association (RAPA).
The first batch will select a total of 28 trainees, and applications can be submitted through the LG HelloVision DX Data School website and the association’s website until the 6th of next month. After completing the training, participants will receive additional points in the document screening process when applying for positions related to data analysis or within the LG HelloVision DX department for one year.

View original imageThis training course is designed to sequentially teach all stages from basic to professional practical levels to strengthen DX data utilization capabilities required by industries such as paid broadcasting and online video services (OTT). The curriculum includes ▲data analysis and practice ▲AI algorithm processing ▲MLOps construction. Additionally, project-based learning will be organized using actual DX data from LG HelloVision, and systematic project-based learning will be conducted with mentoring from current employees during practical project implementation.
The Cable TV Broadcasting Association, which operates the training, will support employment success by providing various benefits such as customized job consulting for trainees, job briefings in the DX field, and support for certification exam fees.
The training will be held at the RAPA Seocho office training center from June 27 to December 29, lasting six months with a total of 1,000 hours, eight hours per day. Anyone eligible to receive a National Learning Card (Naeil Baeum Card) can apply.
Lee Rae-woon, chairman of the Korea Cable TV Broadcasting Association, stated, “Through this program, we will directly cultivate core DX data talents needed by industries such as paid broadcasting and OTT in the era of digital transformation, resolve workforce mismatches, and support digital innovation.”

Meanwhile, the ‘DX Data School’ is operated as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s K-Digital Training ‘Digital Leading Company Academy’ project. Companies such as Kakao, Amazon (AWS), Hyundai AutoEver, LS, Hana Bank, and Unity are participating.
