Public Home Shopping Operates 30 Billion KRW Win-Win Fund
Applications Open from the 2nd... Financial Support for Small and Medium Enterprises and Small Business Owners
Public Home Shopping (CEO Jo Seong-ho) announced on the 2nd that it will begin operating the 30 billion KRW-scale 'Win-Win Fund' established in the fourth quarter of last year. In August last year, Public Home Shopping and IBK Industrial Bank signed a 'Win-Win Fund Agreement for Joint Support of Partner Companies.' Public Home Shopping deposited 20 billion KRW interest-free with IBK Industrial Bank. Using this as capital, IBK Industrial Bank created a 30 billion KRW loan limit to provide low-interest loans to partner companies recommended by Public Home Shopping.
The low-interest loans from the Win-Win Fund, accepting applications starting today, are targeted at Public Home Shopping partner companies. The loan limit is within the amount recommended by Public Home Shopping, and the loan interest rate is automatically reduced by 2.60 percentage points annually. Depending on transaction contribution and credit rating, an additional reduction of up to 1.40 percentage points is possible, allowing for a maximum interest rate reduction benefit of 4 percentage points. The maximum loan per company is 200 million KRW, and the loan period is up to 2 years.
This Win-Win Fund gives preferential treatment to socially disadvantaged companies and small business owners. The preferential loan interest rate effectively reduces the actual interest burden, which is expected to help small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners facing management difficulties.
