BPA Conducts Employee Training on 'Fair and Safe Contracts'
Busan Port Authority (BPA) conducted contract management training for its executives and employees on the 26th at the first-floor conference room of its headquarters to ensure prompt and fair contract execution.
The training covered topics such as review points at each stage of contract issuance and conclusion, government-recommended policies including the priority purchase system, innovative procurement system, and safety and health management. During the session, active discussions and debates took place among the executives and employees.
In particular, based on the various opinions presented on safety and health management that day, improvement plans will be developed to establish a more effective special contract condition system for safety management.
