Oh Young-sun, Gwangju Nam-gu Council Member, Receives 2023 Korea Reputation Award
Oh Young-soon, a member of the Gwangju Nam-gu Council, announced on the 27th that she received the '2023 Korea Reputation Award' at the Korea Reputation Awards ceremony held at the main auditorium of the National Assembly Library of the Republic of Korea.
The Korea Reputation Award is given to honor the efforts of members of the National Assembly, local government heads, and basic and metropolitan council members who fulfill their responsibilities for the development of the Republic of Korea.
The awardees include 11 members of the National Assembly such as Lee Tan-hee (Gyeonggi Yongin City Council), 15 local government heads, 22 basic and metropolitan council members, and 12 cultural and artistic figures. Oh Young-soon was the only council member selected from Gwangju and Jeonnam.

Councilor Oh said, "I am pleased that my legislative activities for socially vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and workers have been recognized," adding, "I will always be a council member who listens to the voices of residents even in small matters and supports them closely."
