Andaz Gangnam Launches 'Sweet and Bitter' Green Tea Mandarin Bingsu
Utilizing Green Tea from Uji, Kyoto, a Famous Green Tea Region
Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 27th that it will offer the sweet and bittersweet 'Green Tea Mandarin Bingsu' at Jogakbo Bites & Wine on the hotel's 2nd floor.
The newly introduced Green Tea Mandarin Bingsu features green tea cream made from Uji green tea cultivated in the world-renowned tea region of Uji, Kyoto, Japan, atop soft milk ice, delivering a sweet and bittersweet flavor. Additionally, marmalade made from Jeju mandarins is generously placed on the milk ice to add a refreshing taste. On top of that, green tea monaka ice cream, leaf-shaped green tea chocolate, and green tea pav? chocolate are added to provide visual enjoyment. Along with the bingsu, green tea cream roll cake, red beans, and condensed milk are served, allowing guests to enjoy it according to their preference.
It is available from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM at Jogakbo Bites & Wine on the hotel's 2nd floor.
