The Seo-gu Council of Gwangju Metropolitan City held a meeting on the 27th for mutual exchange and cooperation with the Hampyeong-gun Council of Jeollanam-do.

On this day, the Hampyeong-gun Council visited the Seo-gu Council to share the status of legislative activities and standing committee activities, and exchanged various opinions for regional and local autonomy development and smooth council operation.

Both organizations agreed to continuously activate mutual exchanges through this meeting and to actively cooperate in various fields such as economy and culture.

Ko Kyung-ae, Chairperson of the Seo-gu Council, said, “This visit to the Hampyeong-gun Council will greatly help the development of both councils and regional revitalization, and we will continue steady exchanges in the future.” She added, “We will do our best to further develop Seo-gu by cooperating with various local governments in the future.”
