HF Construction Implements In-House Professional Interviewer System to Strengthen Fair Hiring Practices
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) is implementing an in-house professional interviewer system to strengthen the capabilities of internal interviewers for fair recruitment and to utilize them in hiring interviews.
To this end, HF introduced a qualification course for professional interviewers and conducted the course, consisting of case studies, mock interviews, and written exams, for 13 members of the ‘HF Fair Recruitment Professional Committee.’
This course is a qualification program for interview experts designed to develop the ability to conduct interviews fairly and effectively according to standardized recruitment procedures. Employees who complete this course are expected to participate as in-house professional interviewers starting from this year’s recruitment process.
An HF official said, “We hope that the employees who participated in this course found it helpful in learning interview techniques for fair recruitment,” adding, “Since the qualifications of both external and internal interviewers are important for hiring suitable talent fairly, we will continue to operate related training programs.”

HF received the Minister of Economy and Finance Award at the 2019 Fair Recruitment Competition, the Minister of Education Award in 2020, the Minister of Employment and Labor Award in 2021, and the Director of the Ministry of Personnel Management Award in 2022.
