Highly Praised Products Capturing Housewives' Hearts
Despite the real estate market downturn in Incheon, the remaining units of 'Incheon Doosan We've the Central' have been completely sold out. Recently, most projects in the Incheon area have faced difficulties due to the real estate market slump, making the complete sell-out of unsold units at Incheon Doosan We've the Central an unusual achievement.
Doosan Construction announced on the 26th that the remaining general sale units of 'Incheon Doosan We've the Central,' supplied last year in Songnim-dong, Dong-gu, Incheon, have recently been sold out.
Incheon Doosan We've the Central is a residential redevelopment project located in Songnim 3 District, Dong-gu, Incheon, consisting of 12 buildings from basement level 3 to ground level 29, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84m², totaling 1,321 households. Among these, 785 units excluding the union member quota were sold in July last year, but some unsold units remained due to the downturn in the Incheon real estate market.
Incheon Doosan We've the Central has been praised for its meticulous design that appeals to housewives, matching the brand's standards. It features a south-facing design that maximizes natural light and ventilation efficiency, and offers specialized systems such as an 'energy-saving system' for public energy reduction and efficient operation, as well as safety systems, well-being systems, and digital systems. Additionally, various community facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, daycare center, small library, and reading room are prepared within the complex.
Transportation is also convenient. Residents can use Dongincheon Station and Dowon Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, and have good access to the metropolitan transportation network including Incheon-daero, Gyeongin Expressway, and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway.
Existing living infrastructure is also convenient. Nearby are E-Mart Traders, Songhyeon Neighborhood Park, Songnim Gymnasium, and the Incheon Regional Joint Government Building. Incheon Baek Hospital, with 234 general beds, is located within 200 meters in a straight line. Furthermore, right in front of the complex, the 'Songnimgol Dream Center,' which includes a children's English library, health life support center, and multipurpose gymnasium, is scheduled to open in June this year.
The school district is excellent. There are 17 elementary, middle, and high schools near the complex, including Seoheung Elementary, Seorim Elementary, Dongsan Middle, and Dongsan High School. In addition, Inha University, Incheon National University, and Jaeneung University are all within a 5km radius of the complex.
The 'Jemulpo Renaissance,' a revitalization project for the old downtown area currently promoted as a key project by Incheon City, is also expected to act as a positive factor. Currently, in the Songnim-dong area adjacent to Michuhol-gu, redevelopment is underway in 6 locations, reconstruction in 1 location, and residential environment improvement in 4 locations, totaling 11 maintenance projects. Once these projects, including Incheon Doosan We've the Central, are completed, about 20,000 new apartments will be built in the old downtown area, transforming it into a new residential district.
