SPC Conducts Employee Volunteer Activities to Create a Safe Residential Environment
SPC's social welfare foundation, SPC Haengbokhan Foundation, announced on the 26th that it will carry out volunteer activities by its employees to improve the housing environment for elderly people in vulnerable groups. This is part of SPC Haengbokhan Foundation's 'Creating a Safe Environment' initiative, which is one pillar of its social contribution activities. It was planned together with the Seocho-gu Volunteer Center in Seoul to prevent safety accidents among vulnerable groups and support a comfortable living environment.
SPC employees recently visited four vulnerable households selected by the Bangbae Senior Welfare Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where they installed safety handrails in bathrooms, replaced wallpaper and flooring, conducted interior cleaning, and took commemorative photos.
