GS25, Kim Hyeja Dosirak Surpasses 4 Million Units Sold
'Launch of Hyejaroun Jipbap Egg Hamburg'
GS25 announced on the 25th that the cumulative sales of Kim Hyeja Dosirak have surpassed 4 million units.
According to GS25, from February 15th this year to the 23rd of this month, dosirak sales increased by 69.8% compared to the same period last year.
GS25 will release the fourth Kim Hyeja Dosirak, "Hyejaroun Jipbap Egg Hamburg," on the 26th. This dosirak features a big-sized hamburger steak approximately 10cm in diameter as the main side dish, topped with a soft-cooked fried egg to enjoy a moist texture. It also includes assorted grilled mushrooms, assorted grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, stir-fried kimchi, and white rice.
To maximize flavor and taste, a small portion of butter is included. While previous Kim Hyeja Dosirak versions contained sesame oil as a separate condiment to enhance the nutty flavor and umami, this dosirak uses butter instead of sesame oil to suit the Western-style type.
GS25 will hold a discount event for the Egg Hamburg dosirak until the 9th of next month. By using the discount QR code available in the Our Neighborhood GS application (app), customers can receive a 10% discount. During this period, if customers utilize ▲carrier discounts (up to 10%) ▲discount QR code (10%) ▲subscription service Our Neighborhood GS Club meal benefits (20%), they can purchase it for 3,350 won.
