'Objebook' Adding Pictures and Sound... Millie's Library 'Finding the Lost Mind'
Reading platform Millie’s Library announced on the 24th that it will launch the Obje Book service. Obje Book is a video-type reading content composed of text, illustrations, and sound.
The first Obje Book released on the 24th is "Finding the Lost Heart," created by poet Hwang In-chan, who won the 66th Hyundai Literary Award in the poetry category, and illustrator Ripe. It is a Millie Original series, allowing listeners to adjust narration, ambient sounds, and background music according to personal preference.
Millie’s Library will serialize a total of 10 Obje Books until July 3rd. Works such as "The Backside of Time" by writer Oh Eun and "Cats and Poetry" by writer Seo Yun-hoo will be released sequentially.
Kim Tae-hyung, Head of Content Business at Millie’s Library, said, “With the recent shift toward video content in the media environment, the expansion of reading content seems more important than ever. We will strive to develop high-quality reading content so that many readers can enjoy a pleasant reading experience anytime and anywhere through the Obje Book service.”
