Baedal Minjok Recruiting for 'Woahan Intern' with Job Conversion Opportunity

Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced that they will be recruiting for the '2023 Woowa Intern' program starting from the 24th. The recruitment fields include Project Manager (PM), business planning, product data analysis, design, video PD, sales, Merchandiser (MD), and management support, totaling 8 positions, with plans to hire around 30 people.
The Woowa Intern program is designed to help participants build practical skills by completing individual tasks based on real work and enhance collaboration and communication skills through group projects. Various programs will also be conducted to help interns adapt to the organization and understand their roles. The internship period runs for 8 weeks, from June 28 to August 22. After completing the internship, participants have the opportunity to join as full-time employees through a conversion review. Anyone aged 19 or older who can join before February 2024 after the internship period ends is eligible to apply.
