Jeonbuk Branch Successfully Concludes at Gunsan CC
The Jeonbuk Branch of the Korea Amateur Sports Golf Association successfully held a charity golf tournament to support single-parent families.
Recently, 160 amateur golfers competed fiercely at Gunsan CC in Jeonbuk. This was the fifth charity event following Sokcho, Taean, Jeju, and Gangjin. Medalist Lee Woo-jin, Shin Perio winner Kim Jeong-min, longest drive awardee Kang Hee-gon, and nearest to the pin awardee Kim Yong-jin were honored.
Bae Cheol-hoon, president of the Korea Amateur Sports Golf Association nationwide, said, "We have successfully completed the second national tournament of the year without any incidents," adding, "We will continue to hold charity golf tournaments to support single-parent families nationwide in cooperation with local governments."
