Ulsan Office of Education Conducts Parent Education on Student Mental Health Literacy
The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education will conduct parent education on student mental health literacy in five sessions until September.
On the 19th, the Office held a YouTube session titled "Dodam Dodam, Our Child Growth Festival Parent Training" for 1,700 parents and interested participants in the Ulsan area.
The training was organized to understand children's personality traits and positive resources.
The April session featured Song Hyun-joo, a counselor from Ulsan Middle School, who presented on "Understanding and Supporting Student Emotional and Behavioral Characteristics."
The education schedule includes ▲ May: Supporting Our Child's Mental Health and Adaptation ▲ June: Parenting Coaching for Happy Meetings Between Children and Parents ▲ July: Approaches to Children's Studies by a Child Psychiatrist, all to be conducted via the YouTube channel.
Lectures will be delivered by current teachers and psychiatric specialists.

In September, Professor Kim Kyung-il from Ajou University will be invited to give an in-person lecture at the Office of Education's main auditorium on the topic "Parents' Mental Health That Determines Our Child's Mental Health."
