Innovation Avengers Step Up to Help Tea Farmers with Labor

Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 17th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the "2nd Innovation Avengers," an upward communication meeting body, to discover fresh ideas from MZ generation employees and reflect them in county administration.

The 2nd Innovation Avengers will consist of 20 public officials born after 1980 with less than five years of service, divided into four teams.

At the inauguration ceremony, Kim Cheol-woo, the governor of Boseong-gun, presented appointment letters to the mentors and mentees of the Innovation Avengers and held a discussion on the theme of "Communicative Organizational Culture."

Also, in celebration of the Gogu solar term, the 2nd Innovation Avengers participated in harvesting Ujeon tea and helping with farm work at Baeknok Tea Garden in Boseong.

Each team will autonomously discover innovative tasks related to overall county administration, such as ▲discovering innovative ideas, ▲innovating organizational culture, ▲improving working methods, and ▲communication between generations, and will hold a performance report meeting in November.

Seon Min-sik, a mentor of the Innovation Avengers and an officer of the Population Policy Division, said, "Since the MZ generation is the current trend, we will lead county administration innovation with young ideas and paradigm shifts together with team members."

Governor Kim Cheol-woo said, "The driving force that moves the organization comes from innovation," and added, "We will gather the passion and fresh ideas of the MZ generation to realize county administration innovation where people work joyfully and happily."

Meanwhile, the "1st Innovation Avengers," formed last year in Boseong-gun, achieved various results such as implementing a flexible work system, establishing an employee communication platform, and creating communication channels between generations within the organization to improve organizational culture and working methods.
