RF Semi is expected to receive an annual supply of 50 million cylindrical lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells (approximately 300 billion KRW) from Shanxi Ranwan Jinpeng New Energy Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Jinpeng Electronics, with the potential to increase to 100 million cells (approximately 600 billion KRW). The contract period is 10 years, and the company explained that minimum supply volume could generate sales of about 3 trillion KRW (up to 6 trillion KRW).

RF Semi plans to focus on overseas markets including Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and the United States, while Jinpeng will concentrate on the Chinese domestic market. It usually takes new companies at least five years to secure battery development and production facilities, but the supplier, Shanxi Ranwan Jinpeng New Energy Co., Ltd., already owns production facilities and manufactures products. RF Semi aims to start generating actual sales from July.
