'Fare-Free' Emerges in Low-Cost Carrier Competition... "Paying Fuel Surcharge to Go to Japan"
Air Seoul announced on the 17th that starting from 10 a.m. on the 18th, it will hold a Fare Free special promotion on all international routes.
The Fare Free promotion means the airfare is 0 KRW. Only fuel surcharges and airport facility fees need to be paid.
The total one-way fares start from ▲Incheon~Tokyo (Narita) 55,400 KRW~ ▲Incheon~Osaka (Kansai) 51,500 KRW~ ▲Incheon~Fukuoka 51,500 KRW~ ▲Incheon~Takamatsu 51,500 KRW~ ▲Incheon~Da Nang 69,800 KRW~ ▲Incheon~Nha Trang 71,100 KRW ▲Incheon~Boracay (Kalibo) 69,800 KRW.
The travel period is from April 19 to July 20.
At least 4,000 special fare seats are available. They will be opened sequentially three times on the 18th, 20th, and 24th. Southeast Asian routes will be sold at 10 a.m., and Japanese routes at 2 p.m.

The special fare tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to members of the Air Seoul website and may close early depending on reservation status. An Air Seoul official said, “This special promotion is the largest ever held to date in response to the COVID-19 endemic,” adding, “We plan to open a large number of 0 KRW airfare tickets not only to Japan but also to Southeast Asia, so we hope many people will enjoy the benefits.”
