Apartments Leading the Way in Creating a Child-Friendly Residential Culture
Gwangju Gyelim I-Park SK View 'B Family Character' Utilization Agreement
Installation Within Apartment Complex... Expected Children's Play and Cultural Space
In an era of low birth rates and aging population, an apartment complex that creates a residential culture where children live happily and breathe freely, tailored to their perspective, is attracting attention.
Gyerim I-Park SK View in Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, has installed animation characters that children love throughout the apartment complex and broadcasts videos, transforming it into a play, education, and cultural space entirely for children.
According to the Gyerim I-Park SK View Residents' Representative Meeting on the 14th, an official resident agreement ceremony for the use of character content was held the previous day with Studio Wbaba Co., Ltd., a specialized animation production company.
According to the agreement, the popular ‘B Family Characters’ among children will be installed within the apartment complex as if they actually live there. It is expected to create a happy residential space where stories come alive through children living beneficial and enjoyable lives with the B characters.
The B Family characters were created as 3D animations with comedian Kim Kyung-sik participating as the scenario production director, capturing the distinctive personalities of various characters by emphasizing the genre characteristics of a comedy animation sitcom.
It depicts various special daily lives and chaotic situations, including the mischievous twin troublemakers Twin Duck, the somewhat slow inventor Mojilla, beauty YouTuber Gurufoo, and pro gamer Kong.
These characters are popular among children through various TV broadcasts, as well as mobile games, YouTube, and new episodes and short-form videos.
A representative from Studio Wbaba said, “As a promising company awarded the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award at the Korea Content Awards, we will continuously provide content that allows residents and children to enjoy the charm of the characters in various ways through the agreement with Gyerim I-Park SK View.”
Meanwhile, Gyerim I-Park SK View, which began occupancy in 2022, is creating an innovative and trendy residential culture aiming to become a landmark in the Gwangju area.
