Three men in their 20s arrested for receiving and selling drugs from imprisoned drug lord 'Jeonsegye'
Three men in their 20s were arrested for receiving drugs from ‘Jeonsegye,’ known as the drug king on Telegram, and selling them to middlemen.
According to the Drug Crime Investigation Division of the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency’s Metropolitan Investigation Unit on the 13th, A and two others are suspected of selling drugs to domestic middlemen from January to February using methods such as the so-called ‘throwing method,’ where drugs are left at specific locations and the seller disappears on Telegram.
The drugs they sold included 100 ecstasy pills and 10 grams of methamphetamine, which they sold at a wholesale price of 6 million KRW and a retail price reaching 50 million KRW.
In December last year, A conspired with Jeonsegye, who is incarcerated in a Philippine prison, to receive and sell drugs stored domestically.

They are currently tracking and investigating domestic middlemen who received the drugs, as well as how Jeonsegye was able to use Telegram and distribute drugs from prison.
The Provincial Police Agency announced that, due to a sharp increase in drug distribution through the dark web, Telegram, and virtual assets earlier this year, they assigned two cyber drug investigation officers to the dark web drug specialized investigation team.
Going forward, they plan to continuously track and arrest drug crimes using the dark web, Telegram, and cryptocurrencies by developing tracking investigation techniques.
