Korea Forest Welfare Institute Selected as an 'Excellent Institution' for Customer Satisfaction
The Korea Forest Welfare Institute recently announced on the 13th that it was selected as an "Excellent Institution," the highest grade, in the "2022 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey (PCSI)" conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The PCSI is conducted annually to improve the service quality of public institutions. The recent survey targeted 252 public institutions, including 25 public enterprises, 92 quasi-governmental organizations, and 135 others.
As a result, the Forest Welfare Institute received a total score of 92.5 points, earning an "Excellent" grade, one level higher than last year.

Nam Tae-heon, President of the Forest Welfare Institute, stated, "We have been striving to enable customer-centered institution management by promoting communication and participation with the public," and added, "The Forest Welfare Institute will continue to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a public institution and make efforts to provide services that meet the expectations of the people."
