Gyeongbuk Province recruited youth communities within the province from January 27 to February 10, receiving a total of 30 applications. After document and presentation evaluations, 15 teams were finally selected.

Youth community activities will continue from April through October, and after the team activities conclude in November, a final performance sharing meeting will be held to share major activity outcomes and select and award outstanding participating teams.
