Kyungsung University Career Plus Center, 'KSU Career Master Camp'
The Kyungsung University Career Plus Center operated the ‘2023-1 Career Master Camp’ from March 31 to April 8.
This program, conducted for first- and second-year students, was held a total of eight times: for first-year students on March 31 and April 1, and for second-year students on April 7 and 8, with morning and afternoon sessions each day.
This career camp was conducted as an intensive face-to-face class, moving away from the non-face-to-face classes due to COVID-19. The program included lectures and team activities, allowing members of the same group to communicate with each other.
The program content consisted of the units ‘Self-Development Exploration, A Journey for Myself’ and ‘Dream Design, Career Roadmap.’ Targeting lower-grade students, it helped them conduct self-assessments and build a career roadmap to derive career goals and career setting results necessary before writing a self-introduction letter.
