Lotte Homeshopping Launches Virtual Popup Store 'Hot Bar'
Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 11th that it will introduce an experiential service using virtual reality (VR) technology to recreate popular attractions, a virtual pop-up store called 'Hot Bar (Hot VR)'.
First, Lotte Homeshopping recreated the 'Gana Chocolate House,' which became a hot topic as a popular attraction in Busan last February, using VR technology. With a dessert cafe concept featuring chocolate-colored interior, users can virtually walk around the store and purchase products sold there, such as Gana Saeng Chocolat.
Hot VR can be accessed through the 'VR Hot Place' banner at the top of the Lotte Homeshopping mobile app. Starting with the 'Gana Chocolate House,' Lotte Homeshopping plans to expand experiential content by building famous popular attractions nationwide using virtual reality (VR) technology.
