Specialty Mazesoba Restaurant 'Menya Hanabi' Accelerates Expansion into Busan and Daegu
Menya Hanabi, a Japanese-style Mazesoba specialty restaurant, announced on the 10th that it will actively expand its business in the Gyeongsang and Jeolla regions, following consecutive openings in Busan and Daegu.
Menya Hanabi is a brand operated by a separate Korean corporation, directly inheriting the name and know-how from its main store in Nagoya, Japan. Starting franchising in earnest this year, it currently has 14 locations nationwide, with recent openings including Busan Gwangalli, Busan Haeundae, and Daegu Dongseong-ro branches. Marking this milestone, Menya Hanabi plans to actively advance its business in the Gyeongsang and Jeolla regions.

Menya Hanabi gained popularity among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) after being featured on a broadcast program in 2016. In addition to various Mazesoba dishes, it offers additional menu items such as Taiwanese-style ramen. Mazesoba is a dish that reinterprets Taiwanese mixed noodles in a Japanese style and has won the food grand prize at the Nagoya Meshi General Election, representing Nagoya City.
