The book concert of Kim Hye-min PD, a YTN radio host who published the book titled "An Adult Better Than Now," was held for the first time in Changwon, Gyeongnam.
About 50 citizens and fans attended the book concert held on the 8th at the Learning Event Hall inside Kyobo Bookstore Changwon branch.

View original imageAt the event, Kim said, "The word 'adult' is not in the perfect tense. It is still in the progressive tense," adding, "The book contains 42 formats showing the longing for what kind of adult one will become."
She also said that she wants to create an empathetic framework not as a biological term that means becoming an adult over time, but as a process of becoming an adult and being a considerate adult.
She further mentioned that although young people can know everything by just searching on the internet, they must not forget that the process of becoming an adult is something people learn from other people.
Kim emphasized, "For young people, preparation to achieve goals will definitely lead to a good path," and "Even if you do not achieve your dreams, living through it will eventually become a great asset to yourself."

She continued, saying that if young people want to convey something to today's society through the book, "Many incidents and accidents happening in the news make us realize the fear that could happen to me as well," and "If we become adults who move forward together through empathy and solidarity, this society will be better than now."
