BGF Retail announced on the 10th that it has signed a business agreement with Jeollabuk-do to expand sales channels for excellent local agricultural products.
Through this agreement, BGF Retail will carry out various activities to support farmers, including ▲expanding the purchase scale of Jeonbuk regional specialty products ▲launching new products using high-quality raw materials ▲promoting the Jeonbuk Asia-Pacific Masters tournament.

Previously, since July last year, BGF Retail has purchased 400 tons of sweet potatoes from Gochang and sold them as instant roasted sweet potatoes at CU stores nationwide. Due to the excellent product quality of freshly harvested sweet potatoes from the production area receiving great customer response, an additional 100 tons of Gochang sweet potatoes will be purchased this year. They also plan to purchase 100 tons of soybeans from Gimje, the largest soybean production area in the country, to be used in the production of convenience foods.
