Muan Police Station Conducts 'Quiz Event' for Local Youth
The Muan Police Station in Jeonnam (Chief Kim Jeong-wan) announced on the 7th that, in response to the recent increase in juvenile crimes such as vehicle theft and digital sex crimes, they conducted a quiz event using an online platform targeting a total of 35 schools (10,440 students) in the jurisdiction to prevent juvenile delinquency.

This quiz was created based on the content learned by the youths during special preventive education by school police officers. A total of 30 participants (selected on a first-come, first-served basis and randomly from 157 participants) were awarded prizes (stationery sets).
A student named Lee from Muanbuk Middle School, grade 3, said, "I’m glad to have learned things I didn’t know before that could have led to mistakes."
Another student, Bae from Oryong Middle School, grade 2, sent a message to the school police officer saying, "I will use it gratefully," expressing gratitude.

Kim Jeong-wan, chief of Muan Police Station, stated, "As school violence has recently become a social issue, we will do our best to eradicate school violence and juvenile delinquency through case-based education and quiz events tailored to the perspective of youths."
