Yeongam-gun Lowers Garbage Bag Sales Price by 15%
As Part of Measures to Stabilize High Prices, Reducing Burden on Gun Residents
Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Woo Seung-hee) recently decided to reduce the price of volume-based garbage bags to alleviate the burden on the low-income economy amid rapid inflation.
According to the county on the 7th, the price reduction will take effect from the 1st of next month. The 20ℓ bags, which are most commonly used in households, will be reduced from 540 won to 460 won, a decrease of 80 won, and the 75ℓ bags will be reduced from 2,040 won to 1,730 won, a decrease of 310 won.
