'Arrest Warrant Issued for An Seong-hyeon, "Sung Yu-ri's Husband," on Multi-Billion Won Fraud Charges'
The prosecution has requested an arrest warrant for professional golfer Ahn Seong-hyun, the husband of Sung Yu-ri, a former member of the group Fin.K.L, on charges of fraud.
According to the legal community on the 7th, Ahn is scheduled to attend a pre-arrest suspect interrogation (warrant hearing) held by Judge Kim Ji-sook, who is in charge of warrants at the Seoul Southern District Court, on the morning of the same day.
The Financial Investigation Division 2 of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Chae Hee-man) filed the arrest warrant on the 5th, charging Ahn with violations of the Specific Economic Crimes Act (fraud) and breach of trust.
Ahn is suspected of receiving billions of won under the pretext of listing cryptocurrencies on the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb.
