[Breaking] February Current Account Deficit of 520 Million USD... Goods Balance Deficit for 5 Consecutive Months
The Bank of Korea announced on the 7th that the current account recorded a deficit of 520 million dollars in February. This marks a deficit for two consecutive months following January.
According to the Bank of Korea, the goods balance shifted from a surplus of 4.35 billion dollars in the same month last year to a deficit of 1.3 billion dollars in February. This is the fifth consecutive month of deficit since October last year.
