20 Cases of Proactive Civil Complaint Resolutions from Last Year Included
Ulsan's Ulju-gun will publish the 2022 Civil Complaint Resolution Casebook titled "Ulju Administration that Resonates While Reading."
This casebook includes 20 major civil complaint resolution cases that occurred during the administrative work of Ulju-gun last year.
Previously, Ulju-gun collected data on all civil complaint cases closed from January to December last year, and included contents such as ▲active administrative cases ▲interdepartmental collaboration processes ▲success know-how of work personnel ▲processes of resolving conflicts with residents through communication in the casebook.

After producing the casebook, the county plans to distribute it to employees next month to be used as a reference for their work.
County Governor Lee Soon-geol said, "Through this casebook, we will share cases of successfully resolving civil complaints with employees to ensure active administration when similar complaints arise," and added, "We will analyze various civil complaint cases to suggest future directions for resolving civil complaints in county administration."
