Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service Appoints Oh Su-seok as New Planning Director
The Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service announced on the 6th that it has appointed Oh Su-seok, former head of the Korean Medicine Policy Research Institute at the Korean Medicine Association, to the previously vacant position of Executive Director of Planning.
Oh, the newly appointed Executive Director of Planning, who was appointed through a public recruitment process held last November, was born in 1965. He graduated from the Department of Korean Medicine at Dongguk University and earned a master's and doctorate in Korean Medicine from the same university's graduate school. He has since served as vice president of the Korean Medicine Association, head of the Korean Medicine Policy Research Institute, and non-standing director at the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service.

Oh's term will be two years, from the 6th of this month until April 5, 2025. He is scheduled to hold an inauguration ceremony at the Wonju headquarters and begin his duties.
