Through this agreement, both companies plan to jointly pursue domestic and international power generation projects, waste-to-energy power generation projects (including renewable energy), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Specifically, they will actively cooperate on ▲ discovering and sharing business participation opportunities, conducting project feasibility reviews ▲ establishing commercialization structures and negotiating all matters related to the projects ▲ necessary design, procurement, construction, operation, and management ▲ and future agreed tasks between the parties.
Isu Construction expects that this agreement will strengthen its existing plant business sector and provide an opportunity to expand into new business areas in power generation and environmental sectors based on the eco-friendly technologies possessed by its partner. Hyundai Heavy Industries Power System, the partner company, plans to enhance its competitiveness in the EPC field based on Isu Construction’s construction capabilities.
